Il y a 3 539 religieuses dans 89 maisons, dont 64 en Europe, 20 aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, 2 \u00e0 Cuba et 3 en Am\u00e9rique latine.<\/li><li>1907 : En raison des lois hostiles aux congr\u00e9gations religieuses, 2 500 rscj quittent la France. Cet exil donnera un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 l'internationalit\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Sacr\u00e9-C\u0153ur avec la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles fondations, notamment dans divers pays du Tiers-Monde.<\/li><li>1925 : Canonisation de sainte Madeleine Sophie Barat<\/li><li>1965 : A la fin du Concile Vatican II (1962 - 1965), l'Eglise demande \u00e0 toutes les congr\u00e9gations religieuses de revoir leurs Constitutions.<\/li><li>1967 : Un chapitre sp\u00e9cial donnera \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 les moyens de s'adapter aux \" signes des temps \" : le g\u00e9n\u00e9ralat \u00e0 vie dispara\u00eet, le gouvernement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 vise \u00e0 plus de coresponsabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 un plus grand respect des particularit\u00e9s locales. Cependant, il est pr\u00e9vu de reporter l'adoption des nouvelles Constitutions \u00e0 1982, afin de permettre \u00e0 toutes les moniales du monde de participer \u00e0 cette r\u00e9vision.<\/li><li>1982 : A l'issue du Chapitre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les nouvelles constitutions de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Sacr\u00e9-C\u0153ur sont vot\u00e9es \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 par les capitulants.
